Application:
Hydrogen Chloride (Hci) Hydrogen Chloride is used for inorganic chemical synthesis. It is an intermediate for rubber and pharmaceutical production. It can be used in metal treating and refining and also as a stripping agent for textile fibers. The Electronic Grade is used for plasma etching or ion implantation in semiconductor research and manufacturing.
